Fulfillment, Shipping & Returns

 

Order Fulfillment

Our fulfillment team fills orders as they come in. Fulfillment of your order, depending on size, may require up to 10 business days before shipping. The time required for shipping again depends on the method and destination. Tracking will be available once your order ships.

If your order is urgent, please let us know BEFORE you purchase by emailing vials@ergopathics.com  A modest fee will apply to an expedited order. 

Shipping

Flat rate shipping within Canada is $15

International and US orders can be shipped via Canada Post, UPS or DHL,and typically take 3--15 working days ( 3-day service may be available at an additional fee upon request). If you order is lost by a courier, we will recreate it. However, we will ask you to pay again for shipping costs.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that  as of the 1st of July 2021, goods valued at 22 Euros or less that are imported into the EU will no longer benefit from exemption from VAT. This means that as of this date, all goods will be taxed, regardless of their commercial value. Above the 150 Euro threshold, international customers are still obliged to pay customs duties upon importation into the EU. VAT and Duties are not included in the sale price.  
If you are placing a large order, please contact us for assistance, as certain fees may be waived. 

Returns

We accept returns for unused products within 30-days of shipping. Please note: Shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for returning shipping costs.

If an item is broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us for a prompt replacement.
